I wanted to give an update and a thanks for the help I asked for Thursday night about a breathing issue my son had a week ago in his football game. It was diagnosed as not being asthma but related to acid reflux on Tuesday. As I asked several on the board if they had experienced this, some shared some things about reflux and another talked about Vocal cord dysfunction. As a result, I called back and talk with Dr. about this issue on Friday morning as he had alluded to it but didn't really come out and call it that. With my son's football game last night, I asked the Dr. about some things that he could do to help him in the game. He gave him some things that would help and my son was able to breathe normal throughout the game. In fact, he had a couple of sacks and an interception, as well as playing both ways through the whole game. I realize that there are a few bad apples that come on here and use every post as an opportunity to be crude and rude but the majority on here can be helpful. In my case, it allowed me to go back and talk with the Dr. some more and get some additional help. Thanks again fellow husker fans!!
