We now all know how great and how young the badger's offensive line is. We also know they hold on every play and often leave their stances early.
Could it just be that they are coached to push the envelope in terms of holding and leaving early? They figure that the advantage they get by borderline holding is worth the risk of a couple of penalties per game. After all the refs aren't going to call a penalty on every play.
