I exchanged messages with 2018 four-star wide receiver recruit Dominick Watt. I simply asked him: "When do you get to Lincoln?" His response was: "I don't yet. I'm about to send my grade to the NCAA."
Translation: He's got the grade he needs, but still has to submit it to the NCAA and get cleared by the clearinghouse. I'm sure Scott Frost will have more on this Thursday when he meets with the media.
