Just watched her again and gained a few new perspectives (could just be reminders):

1. Brook Berringer was an NFL caliber quarterback that was worthy of a 2nd round pick; heady, accurate, good arm strength- he made one bad decision in that game that forced TO to insert Tommie back in the game. Brook would have had a great career in the NFL.

2. Warren Sapp and Lawrence Phillips were a toss up for the best player on the field that night

3. Dennis Erickson had little control over his squad and TO and staff were by far the better staff

4. Erstad's boot coupled with the defense in the 4th turned the tide in that game

5. We play that Miami team with either Frazier or Berringer as the established quarterback, we beat them at least 9 out of 10 times. If either Tommie or Brook are at the helm all year, we dominate.

6. Ray Lewis was the 3rd best player on the field as a Sophomore

7. Miami wanted no part of tackling Schlessinger in the 4th; we were by far the better conditioned team

8. Tommie wasn't going to let us lose in the 4th- guy was an amazing competitor

9. Chris Collinsworth was a tough listen and NBC had an awesome theme song

10. Frank Costa was a terrible leader and his teammates really disliked him.
