John Garrison and Philip Dillard popped in my head from recent decades.
Davis would be my pick.
As for others, a couple of LBs come to mind. Phillip Dillard was a good player who spent some time on NFL rosters. And I always thought Aaron Penland was just at NU at the wrong time, fighting for playing time on a roster loaded with talent.
