2ND HALF GAME THREAD

Indiana took a flyer on an older, unproven coach (okay, proven at the lower levels). It was a gamble. It paid off. Normally I'd say his age will hurt him in recruiting, but in the portal era I could be wrong.

I won’t give in.

Go back to a dual threat QB and pay out the ass for NIL for O lineman, hire the best O Line coach in the country. That’s what I’d like to start with
Nebraska has never done this and I don't see them starting now

he has no plan

we have no identity

the only time we looked at all like we had a clue what we were doing on offense was when his hands were completely tied
Believe so. I don't give a **** if it's sling it deep, rpo, power running, whatever. BUT HAVE A ****ING IDENTITY. HAVE A GAME PLAN. Don't just make it seem like you're rolling the dice every possession and/or play even.

Raiola isn’t going to run it. He’s NO run threat. Hate that. I’ve compared him to Big Ben but Ben would burn teams with his feet despite how slow he was. Raiola HAS to break contain and run it a few times.

He doesn’t have to. RPO, is hand it or throw it based on look. It’s what Glenn Watson does and what he did at Baylor.

we can't change OL coaches because it might hurt some feelings.
At this point, we should sit down with Dylan and tell him to transfer to a place with talent on his level.

Fire the entire offensive coaching staff. Go back to a dual threat offense and pay out the ass for great O Line. Ball control and dominating the line of scrimmage can be our identity

Our brain trust will throw it 90x and stretch this out to a 4.5 hour game and give up 60+.....real men of genius

Silver lining. It's better that we're getting exposed rather than a last second FG loss, bc you can't ignore this. Rhule will either make the necessary adjustments, or we will welcome a new coach.

TW’s D is a MUCH bigger problem today.
Ugh. So disappointing. I didn’t see this coming. Maybe that’s on me but I thought they’d put up a fight. RPO, back shoulder throws and a balanced offense have TW baffled. Tough things to defend for sure, but I would to have better answers than this. It may be a talent issue but regardless just so bad

Insanity is doing things the same way and expecting different results. 4 coaching staffs over 10 years of shit football. It’s time to think way outside the norm for our program

Coaches need to settle down here and prove you can coach a team (score be damned.) If you can't put together a coherent gameplan to look like you know how to play football from here on out, then some questions need to be asked

Raiola is a great player. He needs to transfer to a place that has WR’s and RB’s on his level.

We need to go back to a dual threat QB. This drop back QB offense never works here
Meh. I'm not gonna jump the gun, but Rhule is gonna have to make some decisions with his staff and hire some sharks (on the recruiting trail and as coordinators). Otherwise, he's gonna find himself out of a job after next season.

How many times are we gonna put a plays success on banks blocking ability. Another pick. Nice..
Time to give haarberg a look

Our "identity" is a good defense and a strong running game. Today it appears to be a mirage.

A Nebraska team that can't run the ball or stop the run. The program, administration, BOR, everyone should go. They've been fleecing fans for too many years.

Only Urban can turn this around
