Yep no way to spin this. optics are terrible for Donnie in this one. A visit then immediately commit to Iowa. If you are only showing a small marginal improvement you better win battles like these and he did not.

Not good. Both of our lines will be very average next year. No proven stars on either line, minimal depth, and no real difference makers out of the portal. Defensive line fared better in the portal but it hinges on whether that lineman from Missouri is a talent or a bust
