Unfortunately the ai autocorrect function makes some poor judgements at times. I often find myself having to go back and correct the autocorrections in texts and media posts.Spell check... Time to see if you know your grammer
I use the voice recording messaging on my cellphone. I come up with some real doozies too.Unfortunately the ai autocorrect function makes some poor judgements at times. I often find myself having to go back and correct the autocorrections in texts and media posts.
Yeah, I don't know either. Does it really matter if we don't? Can I still be a Husker fan not knowing?

Frank wasn't recruiting him either. Callahan would have had to offer him as a senior. You could be right. If so my mistake

Solich was fired in Nov '03, right after Woodhead's final season of HS football. Solich was well aware of Woodhead but wouldn't offer a scholarship and wanted him to walk-on. Woodhead's parents were teachers and passing up scholarship offers to walk-on at NU wasn't in the cards. Callahan wasn't hired until a month before the '04 signing day - doubt he had any idea who Woodhead was. If Solich (or Callahan) had offered, he would have been a Husker. The irony of Solich not offering Woodhead is that you'd think Frank would be the last person to underestimate an RB due to size. Not to mention one of the most productive IB's Solich recruited while HC was Cory Ross who was built very similar to Woodhead.ae

I wonder what kind of plan they have for Connor moving forward to next season.. Can’t really say he’s better than Emmit Johnson..
We desperately need a stud running back better than what have on the roster presently..
Sure he's playing with really good teammates against lesser teams in a lower division. But that kid is fun to watch. He certainly looks the part. He looks like some of those unheralded Big 10 RBs that we have been seeing these last dozen years.I wonder what kind of plan they have for Connor moving forward to next season.. I haven't followed him closely, but from the clips that I have seen:I think you are right. I think this kid is a great athlete. I'm still not sure he's a D1 RB though. However I did see a cut or two in those first couple of clips that I didn't see in any of his film last year.
I trust the coaches will get it right position wise. I could easily be wrong. Lord knows that's happened plenty of times lol.

Seems like a pretty solid athlete, but at that level you should dominate everyone you play if you are a high end division 1 prospect. He got completely shut down by Catholic in the championship. I don't recall him having a ton of production against Battle Creek in the semis either, but I might be misremembering that.I haven't followed him closely, but from the clips that I have seen:
1. He should buy his offensive lineman some nice Christmas gifts, he is getting excellent blocking.
2. His post-touchdown strutting needs a little work.
He was hurt for the Norfolk catholic game. Facts are he was one of the most prolific rushers in the country this year. I’d say that qualifies as “dominating the competition”. No idea if he will pan out but the idea that his numbers are artificial or not good enough because he was c-2 is absurd. On October 30th he was 3rd in country in rushing. In. The. I have not lived in Nebraska for almost 50 years, but I still know all the classifications for Nebraska high schools. I stayed connected to the state. Always go back one or two times a year which is pretty remarkable as I have no family there. My family left me behind by moving out-of-state while I was going to UNL. I do have an advantage that I have friends who still live in Nebraska whose kids and grandkids were pretty good athletes, and I still follow the old hometown. It is not that hard with the paper only coming out once a week. I would think if any Husker fan ever read the L SJ or OWH online they would look at the high school sports section.we sometimes forget that there's a large number of Husker fans created during the 70s to 90s who are big fans of the program and who don't live in the state. Some of it obviously was the winning but it also was because of the things Tom stood for. I was born and raised a Husker fan, attended UNL, and have lived in or near Nebraska my whole life and not everybody is that way.
I will see your 3-4 teams and raise you to 5 or 6 teams!Good for this kid. He's obviously going to try to score when he gets the ball.
That being said, there are 3-4 teams in Class A where any team that played them could set this record each week if they wanted.
Coaches don't do it though.
. Historically we’ve had some great players from small schools. There aren’t as many great athletes in the smaller schools but there’s still some.He was hurt for the Norfolk catholic game. Didn't realize he was hurt, so hopefully that was the reason for the poor production in the championship. I didn't mention anything about his stats being artificial or not good enough. He is a very good athlete on a team with an excellent offensive line.He was hurt for the Norfolk catholic game. Facts are he was one of the most prolific rushers in the country this year. The city has a back that some might say is better as a pure rb.Didn't realize he was hurt, so hopefully that was the reason for the poor production in the championship. Thanks for posting this. Wahoo was totally unstoppable at the end of the season in C-1. Too bad they couldn't have played against some of the better Class B teams. I would love to see what they could have done against Omaha Skutt. The city has a back that some might say is better as a pure rb.
Kip Brigham, a standout athlete from Wahoo High School in Nebraska, has demonstrated exceptional performance in football, particularly as a running back. As of the 2024-2025 season, his impressive statistics include:
These statistics highlight Brigham's versatility and significant contribution to the Wahoo Warriors' offense.
- Rushing: 1,900 yards on 141 carries, averaging 13.5 yards per carry and 158.3 yards per game. He has scored 34 rushing touchdowns.
- Receiving: 473 yards on 19 receptions, averaging 24.9 yards per reception and 39.4 yards per game, with 7 receiving touchdowns.
- All-Purpose Yards: A total of 2,924 yards, averaging 243.7 yards per game.
- Total Yards: 2,373 yards, averaging 197.8 yards per game.
He also wasn’t 100% healthy either..Believe he didn’t play in the Semifinals.Seems like a pretty solid athlete, but at that level you should dominate everyone you play if you are a high end division 1 prospect. He is a junior. I don't think he is NU material at this point. He will make a great D2 back or even an FCS player if he wants to. Because of Wahoo's margin of victory in most games he played limited snaps. He very well could have a monster year next season. Wahoo will be good, how good will remain to be seen. Thanks for posting this. Wahoo was totally unstoppable at the end of the season in C-1. Is this kid a junior? He's gonna have to bulk up a little bit and test out well this summer to get his shot. He reminds me of Danny Woodhead- great production, smaller stature. He's going to absolutely destroy teams next season if Wahoo has any sort of an offensive line.
He wasn't healthy because they ran him into the ground. Lots of carries throughout his career. He played a portion of the semifinal game.He also wasn’t 100% healthy either..Believe he didn’t play in the Semifinals.
Thanks. He wasn't healthy because they ran him into the ground. Lots of carries throughout his career. He played a portion of the semifinal game.
He got hurt in the first qt against BC in the semis tried a few series here and there but was a no go. All he did was come in and punt . Against NC he had a brace on his left knee . He broke a few longer runs and was looking decent.then right away in the 3rd he went down again and he was done .Seems like a pretty solid athlete, but at that level you should dominate everyone you play if you are a high end division 1 prospect. Ya he played like 12 snaps against BC before he got hurt. He had a brace on against NC . I forgot to tell The OP they played NC the first game of the year he had like 250 against them. I was sitting with the Neumann AD at the state championship game he told me Booth was 50 percent tops.He also wasn’t 100% healthy either..Believe he didn’t play in the Semifinals.
We had to recruit this kid. There should be no debate about that.Ya he played like 12 snaps against BC before he got hurt. He had a brace on against NC . Franks #1 failing was trusting Gillespie. Ultimately cost him his job. That dipshit was responsible for the go no go in recruiting. Not just Solich. Everyone missed...
