8-4 at minimum, and I believe if Thompson is even close to what his potential is then a 10-win season isn't out of the discussion. The new assistant coaches are exactly what this program needed - dawgs that aren't sweating Frost. No, I'm not saying they are upsetting him but I am saying they are big time alphas that this program needed and aren't giving an inch on their beliefs. The culture has actually flipped, and accountability from the staff and players is at the forefront which is something we haven't had as a combination for a long time. Is it at the level needed? No, and I don't anticipate that to happen for another 12 months but there is definitely something major in the air.
