Nebraska reached out to talented, Rivals100 junior tight end Colby Parkinson, from Westlake Village (Calif.) Oaks Christian, last week and extended a scholarship offer.
Parkinson was excited about the offer from the Huskers and says that one way or another he plans to get to Nebraska for a visit.
