Out at Colorado in 1991? 12 degrees with 8 to 10 below wind chills. John Parrella was wearing short sleeves and a half jersey. Dude was nuts.

My guess is the 1993 Oklahoma game in Lincoln 21-7 had a wind chill below zero.
