    Thursday-Saturday series ahead of the Big Ten tournament, which starts Wednesday, 22 May, in Omaha.

    All games are televised on BTN in this series.

    Altavilla’s at bat towards the end of the game was key. Of course the pitching won it ultimately but that at bat changed the game.

    I would say the two-run-scoring error on Michigan’s pitcher in the seventh was probably the key play of the night.

    Ha, well yeah, but you could tell that pressure mount on that pitcher the instant he lost the count to Altavilla. I was shocked they left him in after that.

    He also hit a batter on a 1-2 pitch. Poor execution all over :shrug:
