Navy had the disire.Desire means more in the bowls and OU didn’t want it nearly enough. Congratulations to Navy
And why most bowl games are meaninglessNavy had the disire.
OU, Hell they had 22 opt outs and only 56 on scholarship and the receivers were Freshman that half the time couldn’t catch a pass when wide open..
Wasn’t about desire in this one..
This is why I don't care about bowl games anymore. I used to love them but they are silly exhibition games now.Navy had the disire.

I don't even care about that one due to the portal and opt outs. I'll still watch bc it's the Huskers but the result doesn't mean anything to me.Yeah but we better win our silly exhibition game tomorrow.
Records count, exhibition games don’t count on your season record. This is why I don't care about bowl games anymore. I used to love them but they are silly exhibition games now.
Navy surely wanted it more. OU had that many who had enough tape for the next year or simply didn’t want to be there to start. Desire isn’t just game day, the team didn’t care during the season and it spread into the bowl game. Should have went with my head on the above prediction of this game.Navy had the disire.

This was entertaining. I think both teams missed multiple field goals and OU had a chance to win it with a 2 pt conversion with a few seconds left. I don’t dislike Venables but seeing OU lose like that gave me weird pleasureThis is why I don't care about bowl games anymore. I used to love them but they are silly exhibition games now.

It’s always been about which team’s fan base prayed more. Jesus keeps receiptsSo who ever wins their bowl games cares more than the other.Bull$hit.
I can see if one team blows off someone’s doors were I’d agree..

Most the games to date suck. Watching execution that looks like third string most of the time.bets:
OU -2.5 vs Navy
Vandy +3 vs GTech
TTech -2 vs Arkansas
aTm -4 vs USC
great slate, love bowl season
This is not the team that beat Alabama. They only had 50 some scholarship players on the sidelines today and all their skill guys including QB transferred. They have more portal turnover than most teams...and it show in their play. And yet they beat Bama 24-3 🤪
Yeah, but they’re an SEC team. They should be better than Navy despite that. This is not the team that beat Alabama. I think the key to not having many options outs is to not make a bowl game in 8 years. 💩 Kidding but not.Navy had the disire.

Saban said it succinctly before one of their games, OU is just not built to win big games consistently in the SEC.If that’s their expectations then yeah, they’re probably going to force him out
Navy should have been in the playoff. Did I do that right, sec fan boys?
Yea, not one of them want to win this game do they. This GT Vandy game is getting pretty good
Sucks having to wait it out while getting your tail kicked so bad.Lightning delay in the Vanderbilt-Tech game. Jackets waved the white flag about a half hour ago, so they were ready.

That 3rd quarter was a fun one. Very chippy! Even the GT coach got a 15 yarder!Yea, not one of them want to win this game do they.
No it still should have been Ole Miss, SCAR and Alabama all inNavy should have been in the playoff. Did I do that right, sec fan boys?
Serves them right for deciding to become Texas' bitch in 1996Saban said it succinctly before one of their games, OU is just not built to win big games consistently in the SEC.
They’re going to have to strike gold on their next hire or they’re gonna be another Arkansas/Miss. St.
Does a&m have many sitting out?I like A&M to handle USC and cover
I was in the wrong thread...Navy +3 vs Oklahoma
TTech/Arkansas UNDER 52 (both teams missing so many offensive players).
EDIT: After 1.5 quarters they're already at 33, lol.
Vanderbilt +3 vs Georgia Tech
Syracuse -18 vs Washington St (WSU missing sooo many guys).
Nebraska -4 vs Boston College
A few hit the portal and the big time Edge is opting out for the draft, but relatively speaking.. noDoes a&m have many sitting out?
USC lost WRs and defenders. TAMU should cruiseA few hit the portal and the big time Edge is opting out for the draft, but relatively speaking.. no
USC lost significantly more, IMO
Looks like they got tired. Now Texas Tech is running wild in the 2Q. Nice call @scarletred with the overs.
Thanks for the detail. Makes sense.A few hit the portal and the big time Edge is opting out for the draft, but relatively speaking.. no
