Rhule seems to want to try to reinstate some of Tom’s traditions so I would expect sometime this next week for them to hang the blackshirts in the lockers.

I visited practice this week and will say that the jersey numbers were confusing to say the least. Forgot about the single digit thing. Not to mention guys that had changed numbers.

Rhule already answered the question in a recent interview. Blackshirts will be handed out the week of the first game similar to last year. Naturally you can expect those with the single digit jerseys to also be Blackshirts.
