Well I supported Trev as a person a former Huskers legend and as AD. I'm also a huge life-long Huskers supporter and not so huge donor but I do my share.

This is why so many Big Ten teams are now farm teams. Basically if a school like Minny or urdue (if I leave the P off that urdue poster might not find this post) are ****ed, if they have two good players on their team....1 is gone for sure. Every year, all the time.

I don't know how they get statistics to do a ranking like that BUT I think if Nebraska makes an impressive comeback competitively, a lot more NIL dollars will roll in.
Schools like Ohio State and Texass have unlimited resources and cash flow. Oregon because of Phil Knight. Someone posted that Missouri has some big money boosters as well buying a lot of top talent. Top 10 is pretty good when competing with the heavy hitters on that list.

I mean, when your goal/hope is to finish in the top half of some 18 team conference, you are a farm team.
Neither answers my question still. How much NIL is needed to finish in the top half the conference consistently? Purdue should expect to finish top half with chances at more. Walter’s is getting it rebuilt.
