    They were down at half, so that makes sense. Had some great adjustments in the second half and has the Bengals playing well. He is also a genuinely good dude. I truly hope he somehow makes his way back to NU someday.

    I'd argue the complete opposite. They charged him anyway even though the agreement was there. So, they got him to spend time in the slammer even though he (according to the court) should not have been charged. And this was no technicality. If anything, the defense should have been all over...
