Good for him. Get paid and get laidMillion-Dollar Will!
there's pressure for Riley to win right now, and this is a win right now move.Giving up three or four years of Malachi Nelson for one year of Howard? Wonder if Riley thinks Nelson may be a bust?
Riley is in over his head at USC and should have stayed in Norman. USC is an attractive job given how well you can recruit, but managing that talent in a city like LA has got to be a nightmare. There’s a reason they haven’t been nationally relevant since cheaty petey.there's pressure for Riley to win right now, and this is a win right now move.
Me too. I love KSU's offense and the way Howard runs itbummer.
the one I really wanted.
yea, it's not like they've had a Heisman winner and spent many weeks in the top 10 over the last two years or anythingRiley is in over his head at USC and should have stayed in Norman. They are West Coast Notre Dame. Totally overrated given the talent they have year in year out. Only three dudes have won national titles there and two of them were all time greats.yea, it's not like they've had a Heisman winner and spent many weeks in the top 10 over the last two years or anything
totally irrelevant program

What does your last sentence mean? They are West Coast Notre Dame. Totally overrated given the talent they have year in year out. Only three dudes have won national titles there and two of them were all time greats.
I’m talking poll era to current day. Who cares about what they did when they were wearing leather helmets. If we’re counting Nattys from back then, then everyone and their mother has one too. We would have 9 if we counted those before poll era. What does your last sentence mean?
They have 9 Nattys and have 7 Heisman trophy winners.
IMO, think Riley creating a transition year to reshape his offense to best compete in BIG 10, possibly telling Nelson to find a better landing spot to best utilize his skills.Giving up three or four years of Malachi Nelson for one year of Howard? Wonder if Riley thinks Nelson may be a bust?
he grew up outside of philadelphia. i don't believe the urban city will be much of an adjustment issue.Going from Manhattan, Kansas to Los Angeles will be quite the culture shock

yes, i was there for k-state's win over pete carroll's trojans. that was the weekend of 9/11. hard to forget. the usc campus is nice. the "university for spoiled children" after all. ha. he'll be fine.Have you been to USC? It's in the middle of the hood. It's nothing like West Chester PA.
Only problem Norman was getting tired of his no defensive teams..Riley is in over his head at USC and should have stayed in Norman. Doubt Reilly is at USC after next year.Giving up three or four years of Malachi Nelson for one year of Howard? Wonder if Riley thinks Nelson may be a bust?
It's definitely a statement on how USC feels about Nelson. They have spent a year with him and know him better than anyone else in the college game. They are basically declaring him a three star, maybe a low four. If you have a solid five star QB and a year in your program, you don't need to recruit a transfer.Giving up three or four years of Malachi Nelson for one year of Howard? Wonder if Riley thinks Nelson may be a bust?
silly take, Pac12 was an absolute buzz saw this year and they had a chance at beating the top two teams.Riley is in over his head at USC and should have stayed in Norman. That doesn’t detract from the fact they have not been a threat to the title picture for years. They only won two more games in the regular season than us with last year’s Heisman winner. They have not been a true contender since Pete Carroll.silly take, Pac12 was an absolute buzz saw this year and they had a chance at beating the top two teams.
They overachieved last year and underachieved this year, but they were still a potent team

Look at this tool name dropping Pete Carroll, like KSU beating Pete’s team in 2001 was a major accomplishment. You guys beat the mighty 6-6 Trojans by a score of 10-6, in Pete’s first year at USC. Fúck off!
