1. I think Bray will be with his knowledge one about defense and two his understanding of teens and recruiting.
2. Williams energy gets me fired up whenever I watch videos on him or listening to him talk.
3. Coach Cav I feel is a old school boss who cares about his boys and has an eye for big mean linemen on both sides of the ball. In some way reminds me of Ed Oregeron and Kevin Steele.
My sleeper as a good recruiter is Langsdorf. I feel he knows how to catch undervalued talent and turn them into contributors.
The person I don't really have much confidence in recruiting is Hughes. I haven't heard much and don't see a good salesmen out of him. I hope he can get Bledsoe, Fant, Kelly, and etc.
The closer for me is obviously Riley the man is knowledgable
