Before he is officially enrolled, it's treated just like a verbal commitment during the regular recruiting process. During the regular process, they can't comment on somebody until they have signed an LOI, since there is no LOI in this case, it's his official enrollment that allows them to comment publicly.I don't get it, don't they announce commits all the time before they actually enroll? Kind of figured since it was so close to class starting.463 there is no letter of intent in this case, just enrollment papers with the university.
