Trey Palmer is the only Nebraska player. He’s getting some pre-draft attention, and at this point seems that he will not slip past rounds 2-3. If he can impress this week, and post an elite 40 time at the combine, he could be an NFL 1st rounder.

Probably would have had at least 10 TDs against IowaDude balled out for us. Wish him all the success. Cant imagine what would have happened if we had a better O-line.
Hey! You be nice to those bitches.Probably would have had at least 10 TDs against Iowa
It's crazy how filthy LSU is with wide receiver talent.Dude balled out for us. Wish him all the success. Cant imagine what would have happened if we had a better O-line.
I didn't know you could take a man's soul with a go route.
He chokedMickey put some damn good receivers in the show and Palmer will be added to the list..
Can’t help but think how he would have added to Rhule‘s staff providing he wanted the job..
We’ll, that clears it up!
I thought it only happened in Mortal Kombat.
Must be a B1G ref to miss that push off
What did they say about Jefferson in their pre-draft evaluations? Analysis is designed to pick guys apart but all it takes is one GM to say I want that guy in the second round. I think the 4th is the lowest he goes but so much depends on how many WRs get picked. Guys like Jefferson make it a lot more likely that a guy like Palmer gets grafted over giving a veteran FA a big contract.Top Reasons to Buy In:
Top Reasons For Concern:
- Vertical receiving skill set is highly effective
- Game-changing speed
- Special teams resume is well established
- Developmental upside is present thanks to burst and speed
Ideal Role: Slot receiver
- Is not an overly physical player. How will he acclimate to tighter windows and coverage?
- Has not illustrated a fully comprehensive route tree
- Took majority of snaps and logged majority of wins in the slot
- Scheme-specific fit; not sure how well he currently projects to timing-based offenses
Scheme Fit: Vertical passing attack
Prospect Comparison: Markus Wheaton (2013 NFL Draft)
TDN Consensus Grade:74.00/100 (Fourth-Round Value)

I’m glad he was able to make some plays down there. I still see him as a 4th or 5th rounder. But if he tests well, you’re exactly right. It only takes one team to take a chance on him.Analysis is designed to pick guys apart but all it takes is one GM to say I want that guy in the second round.
1st round physical talent. UDFA overall makeup.Where is Omar getting drafted?
Yep. Seems like it was a lot of hype and nothing to show for it. Man...that sounds familiar for Husker football in the last five seasons. As far as I could tell he got no snaps and has no box score statistics. They liked him, so he MUST have been injured.
Very odd. He looked to have plenty of reps in practice. As far as I could tell he got no snaps and has no box score statistics. They liked him, so he MUST have been injured.
Curious if his advisors maybe told him to go all out in practice (scouts were watching) and maybe bow out of the game since there was nothing much else to gain.Very odd. He looked to have plenty of reps in practice.
Hopefully that’s what happenedCurious if his advisors maybe told him to go all out in practice (scouts were watching) and maybe bow out of the game since there was nothing much else to gain.
