Questions about NU RBs

Since Rex and Ameer it seems that we haven't had any long term success at RB, and more specifically one workhorse running back, so I have some observations and questions..

1) Observation: We can't keep anyone healthy.
Question: Are a majority of these guys legitimately injured or just hurt and we've allowed a culture of pussies at RB?

2) Observation: We don't let one guy be "the guy". The coaches pull RBs to soon and go with the next guy etc, etc. It appears to me that if a guy isn't getting 8 yds a pop from the start he gets pulled and goes AWOL for the rest of the game or for weeks. No RBs are allowed to get into a flow or rhythm of the game.
Question: are the RBs being used this way because of missed assignments and poor play, or have coaches just been to quick to bench them?

3) Observation: No one would be getting yards behind these recent offensive lines and that is the main problem.
Question: Have we been such a car wreck at RB because our Oline has been a train wreck for so long?

4) Observation: There is no trust between players and coaches.
Question: Are the Rbs playing with fear and therefor causing mental and physical mistakes. Is the playbook too difficult?

5) Observation: The play calling and scheme is horrible. Appears we have 3-4 offensive running plays. Zone read left/zone read right/QB draw or scramble. Easy for defenses to game plan against us.
Question: Will the new OC be more creative in our running game and thus allow our RBs to be more successful? Will we once again incorporate a fullback?

6) Observation: Lack of vertical passing game play has hurt our running game.
Question: Will a true passing game threat open up the running game with our current RBs on the roster or is there truly not the talent needed at RB for a successful running game?
