I met 4 gentleman from Pennsylvania this morning that had driven out for the game. They are Penn State grads in their mid-60’s.
They said they pick 4 random games a year to go just for the experience. This week it was Nebraska. None of them had been here.
They said they had never been anywhere better. Their seats where up under the overhang so they weren’t to impressed with that, but said they’ve had worse.
“The game, stadium and fans were fantastic and the noise was loud, but the Red Light show between the 3rd and 4th Qtr was not like anything they’d seen before. It was a real highlight”. They said they were still talking about it this morning.
They were wearing their Black Nebraska hats with the red N.
They thought the drive to Lincoln was long, and Lincoln was a little hard to get to from Pennsylvania. But they really enjoyed it.
