I travel a lot for business and have a trip scheduled in a few weeks to parts of the country I have never been - deep south! I will be traveling and staying throughout Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana over the course of a week. I will be staying overnight in Tuscaloosa, Hattiesburg, Shreveport and New Orleans. As I said, I will be traveling throughout each state but staying in those cities. I have not been to nay of them, save New Orleans about 7 years ago. Any advice on food spots, nice things/areas to see or avoid, etc. would be grateful! @SarasotaHusker I was hoping for your input. I am a bit food obsessed and BBQ and Mexican street tacos are my "go-to's" when I travel. Thanks!
