OT: San Diego area travel ideas

Wife and I are looking at booking a last min trip for our anniversary and are looking at the San Diego Area. Would like to do a resort/spa. Right now really interested in the Fairmont Grand Del Mar. Any other ideas for anybody that has been down there. Mostly just looking to chill, relax, maybe shoot a round or two of golf, ect. Any other must do's?
