I’m using a contractor to build an outdoor kitchen. I want a pizza oven but have no experience with them. I know they are expensive and i am willing to pay for it. Does anybody have any suggestions? Is it better to have gas, wood, or a dual oven? Which ovens are considered the best or any things I should consider before purchasing an oven. My contractor suggested a bull pizza oven.
