Alright I look to the scrolls for some knowledge- friends of ours always host Thanksgiving and this year they want to do an old fashioned showdown. Now, I have had old fashioneds on several occasions, but I have never made one. We stopped in Saturday to watch football and the wife was making old fancy old fashioned (lighting the orange peel, adding different floaters, etc) that were delicious. Simply put, my go to of bourbon with 2-3 ice cubes ain't cutting it. What say you?
