Most of the FIFA officials that were indicted have ties to the CONACAAF (or whatever they call it) that is the North American branch of FIFA. I'm sure the rest of FIFA is just as corrupt, but this may be a starting point.

The news conference says they are going through the CONCACAF offices too. Lot of money in that sport, sounds like bribes were a way of life.

I would be surprised if Qatar still happens at this point. Probably too late to do anything about Russia though.

Sounds like there might be more testimony becoming public tomorrow that could implicate Blatter. Due to the strange timing of events I'm guessing Sepp took some sort of a deal to step down down in order to avoid being arrested.
