I have a friend whose son has accepted a job at a very desirable employer in town. His son had 3 dui's back in his college days, has an absolutely clean record for the past 15 years. Completely changed man the last 15 yrs, ended graduating from college with honors, married and has 4 children - no issues whatsoever for the last 15 years.
He was wondering if this history will typically pop up when they do a background check, and whether he should be stressed out about it, which he is.
