An RBI single plates the first run of the game. McCarville gets back-to-back groundouts to limit the damage.

Cervantes grounds out 6-3 to end the frame. We're tied at 1-1.

Hoping it's the last time we see McCarville start a game. Big time disappointment as a starter so let's go with a younger guy going forward for future purposes. Maybe the bullpen will give Dawson a different feel and allow him some success.

Hood walks the leadoff man but ends up picking him off 1-4-5 after a groundout. The next batter walks, we're going to instant replay after the next batter gets hit on the hand.
