Outside of urban there’s not a coach that can successfully recruit at a national level
we might recruit coast to coast but not successfully. Need coaches that can recruit the 250 mile radius and dip into Chicago, St. Louis, Denver, KC
they also need to be able to develop talent as it isn’t likely we’re ever going to get the elite recruits.
a guy like PJ fleck is perfect example. Recruits well enough that he can do the rest with development . We’re closer to a Minnesota than we are an Ohio state
