Nebraska receiver commitment Victor Jones played in Florida's Kickoff Classic this weekend and defeated Viera high school 27-24.
Jones had four receptions for 90 yards and two touchdown receptions on the day. Speaking with Jones' head coach, Travis Gabriel, he said that Jones' two scores went for approximately 25 and 35 yards respectively.
"On one of them, we hit him on a slant and he made three guys miss, sprinted away from everyone, and then just walked into the end zone as Victor usually does," Coach Gabriel said.
Olympia will face Wekiva in their first official game of the season this Friday at 7:00 PM.
