Just saw a clip of Schiano giving it to Ryan Day late in the OSU game yesterday. Rutgers lit up an OSU player OOB - and Schiano comes over and gives it to Ryan Day. Message was probably that if you are going to run up the score on me there is going to be a price.
Schiano recruited a kid from my daughter's high school in NE pennsylvania years ago during his first run at Rutgers. He flew a chopper to the field pregame to greet the kid. It was such a show ...ballsy. I am Rutgers faculty and will be there Friday night. Guarantee Rutgers will play hard and with an edge. The game is a "blackout" for Rutgers. This will be a challenge.
