First off. Very proud of Fred and the players for what they accomplished this past season. What a easy group to root for. I don't want FH to go anywhere. He is an elite offensive mind. He has learned that you have to play defense and rebound in the Big 10. I do think we'll be better next year. He is a great practice and prep coach but in game, I just don't see it. This time of the year getting to watch game after game you get to see so many different coaches it just really stands out to me. When you're getting worked over defensively like that you need a coach that will show some emotion and light a fire under some guys. Izzo wouldn't stand for that. I can't think of any coach that would. I know some of it probably is Fred's heart condition but IMO if it isn't in his DNA he needs someone on staff that can do it.
