Car Buying Sales Tax Question Nebraska/Iowa

Currently looking at a new Kia. Am I correct in thinking everything else being equal, that it would be a no-brainer to buy from Edwards over H&H? I live in Bennington, if I bought at H&H in Omaha it would be 7% sales tax vs if I bought in Iowa at Edwards it would only be 5.5%
