Saturday marks game two of the three-game series this weekend between Nebraska (17-9-1) and Michigan (16-13) as the Huskers go for the series win against the Wolverines after picking up a 3-1 win Friday afternoon in 10 innings. It was a pitcher's duel all afternoon between NU's Emmett Olson and UM's Connor O'Halloran. Olson went 7.2 IP allowing one run on two hits with eight strikeouts while O'Halloran went nine innings while allowing one run on six hits with four strikeouts. Brice Matthews golfed a two-run home run in the top of the 10th for the go-ahead score that wound up being enough as Shay Schanaman pitched 2.1 scoreless innings in relief of Olson.
