in an article few days ago how he was big on players getting enough sleep was interesting

With cell phones social media adding to the already jacked up lives juggling studies and athletics of most student athletes.
Sleep must be lower on college students list
Than even back in my day

I bet even less sleep now during week which I say also hurts physical and mental development

It may sound boring but Duvall is right. Your day is more energized and your life in general when you get the proper 7-8 hours plus of sleep those kids need for sure . I bet he can cite the huge number of studies of great body restorative repair that happens when you get a great REM sleep and it cannot be overstated when you are that high level

And no..sorry drinkers out there like me (only occasionally) and smokers.. passed out or drunk or stupor sleep doesn’t count
