To this point the Douglas County Attorneys office has only charged that POS Wayman Clark with Robbery. Would very much like to hear an explanation as to what constitutes Assault within Douglas County. Guess throwing an overhand right to the temple of a 76 year old woman with her back turned to the accused means little or nothing to the court system of this county.
