how to hit the blonde in the 5th row. The kid has almost zero pocket presence. He holds the ball too long and needs to learn how to throw it away when the play's not there.
There in lies the problem. 15 more practices with a poor coach is not going to help DR.how to hit the blonde in the 5th row. The kid has almost zero pocket presence. He holds the ball too long and needs to learn how to throw it away when the play's not there.
We have a dedicated quarterbacks coach you know.how to hit the blonde in the 5th row. The kid has almost zero pocket presence. He holds the ball too long and needs to learn how to throw it away when the play's not there.
The speed of the game is 500% faster than HS. It takes time to learn your new clock. I am sure there were more important things to work on, like footwork, throwing on time, and staying on platform... Which all still need work.We have a dedicated quarterbacks coach you know.
He sits back there like it’s 7 on 7. He has absolutely no pocket awareness. I personally thinks he’s afraid to run.I think that issue is he doesn’t climb the pocket. His fumble at the end of the game is a prime example.
Maybe keep Banks for security blanket. But otherwise agree on the other twoI wish the coaches would give all the bowl err exhibition game reps to all the younger guys. Sit Neyor, Banks, Findone ext in the game and play all the younger guys.

def fat for a true freshman QB.. Is it too early to call him Chubba?I feel the same way- he needs to drop about 10-15 pounds and work on speed and pocket awareness- he’s not mobile
Yep it's time to loose the baby fat.I feel the same way- he needs to drop about 10-15 pounds and work on speed and pocket awareness- he’s not mobile
Hall and Q Clark need to be getting reps with the 1.I want Neyors replacement getting all the reps, time for the next guy

Great point. But sometimes our interior line gets driven back into him and that's also been a targeted area for blitzes.I think that issue is he doesn’t climb the pocket. His fumble at the end of the game is a prime example.
Now we all know why Neyor rode the bench at Texas.I want Neyors replacement getting all the reps, time for the next guy
Banks stepped up a little finally against Iowa. As for Fidone, I think him only playing two plays against Wisconsin had a lot to do with an OC who doesn't know the players' names yet. He also doesn't know how many stars they had back in high school. DH just went by what he saw in practice. Go figure.Maybe keep Banks for security blanket. But otherwise agree on the other two
According to Rhule and DH, the first 8-10 practices are for the young players to develop, the final 5-6 are for game prep.I wish the coaches would give all the bowl err exhibition game reps to all the younger guys. Sit Neyor, Banks, Findone ext in the game and play all the younger guys.
Except he ran against Io_a..He sits back there like it’s 7 on 7. He has absolutely no pocket awareness. I personally thinks he’s afraid to run.
