I cook wings different ways with store bought sauces, Sparkys and homemade wings but last night I made a sauce where friends said it was my best yet so I thought i would share.

Sauce: Asain style sauce

Good fish sauce
Green mountain sauce
soy sauce
rice wine vinegar
red chile flakes
minced garlic
sesame seed oil
brown sugar
Oyster sauce

equal parts fish sauce and green mountain sauce, cup of soy sauce and Oyster sauce, couple teaspoons of rice wine vinegar. Be careful with the sesame seed oil as it is very overpowering. Put in as much garlic and chile flakes as you want then put in brown sugar to taste as the sauces are salty but the brown sugar will balance it out.

Marinate the wings for a couple hours. put on the grill for 5-7 or so minutes, put back in the sauce and coat (make sure to double bag the sauce as the wings may burn through the bad) replace back on the grill for another few minutes. Put back in marinade and put back on the grill again and finish. Remember to cook for a while after the last coating because the raw chicken has been in that sauce. Discard sauce, pull wings of the grill and enjoy.

3/4 of the wings are in that sauce, the other 1/4 are in a store bought buffalo sauce. (sorry no Sparkys this time.)
