Will Amazon's price gouging get regulated?

I'm living proof you can live without Amazon, or apps on your phone, as I've never dun either and yet somehow managed to stay alive up to now. The best way to regulate it, is to not buy it.
Amazon is not price gouging. It's the people that sell on Amazon and use Amazon's services to fulfill their orders that are price gouging. You have to be very careful these days with what you buy on Amazon. Many counterfeits and fakes out there.
No difference between Amazon product or an independent seller. Amazon & Bezos still managing it, and responsible for fleecing people in need.
You do you, it's super convenient and needed right now for people listening to the CDC's guidelines.

Well I haven't online dated in over 6 months, but when I did, I used Match and POF...no app though. I started dating a girl 6 months ago I met from Match, cute little blonde mountain hippie chick (grew up in Boulder) that signed up for Match, her very first foray into online dating, and 48hrs into her experience she had no less than 180 guys liking and messaging her...I was the only one she reached out to, we hit it off immediately and we both got off Match a few days later. So she's always like, "what's the big deal with online, you just sign up and pick somebody out, why do people make it sound so hard"...we crack up at that frequently.

Why buy from Amazon if you think they are "fleecing" you? I don't like Walmart at all. Don't go there. Living here in Washington and being a member of Costco since the early days of their first store in Seattle I prefer it. I believe in free enterprise and believe people have the right to choose where to spend their money. If you don't like a company why patronize them? (Seattle's socialist city council member wants to tax the hell out of Amazon. She calls Amazon and Bezos evil and greedy. She is such a hypocrite as she is an Amazon Prime member. She is just one reason why I am so glad I live on the other side of the Cascades)
He should be a shame of himself profiting from the needs of others at this critical times..
I am solidly Aldi for food. The Germans know a lot about quality, efficiency and discounts. I'm surprised an American company has not figured out how to replicate their model. It's amazing.

Amazon is so dang convenient. I look to them for the oddball stuff, but overall dont think they're a good company that see their employees as anything other than an inconvenient cog in the machine. Meebe spend $20-$30 a month with them.

I think people look for somebody to point at and blame and take out their frustrations on in times like this and he's an easy target...and now there will be people out there who wanted what he was selling, and needed it, and would have gladly paid what he wanted, and now they just lost another resource to get what they need. So what did Amazon really accomplish here?
What I love is that in real life there is no good or evil. There is just your perspective. I see both sides of the argument. The market bares what it will. I won't overpay for almost anything. I sure can wash my hands and counter-tops for much less. If I got more money, I pay for convenience. So far nothing being gouged that we can't live without.

He went around and hoarded the supply, causing artificial shortages so he could profit from it exorbitantly. This is a potentially life saving product. People with limited means are now without and at greater risk because he is an evil greedy &#%!#. I am pro capitalist for the most part, but there is nothing good here. There's no such thing as unfettered capitalism. Unfortunately there has to be some oversight for the overall good of society.
Please spread that message widely. I'm so all for FEWER people buying things on Amazon right now. With all the hoarding, that just means more for me to buy.

I am one of those weird people that wants the best deal I can get...And when I am selling something...I am one of those weird people that wants to sell it for as much as I possibly can.
Did I say I bought anything? I can shop pricing without buying. I liked buying from them before the "invisible enemy" came.
