Why Wasn't Holmes at the 5-Star Challenge?

Just curious. Does anyone know? Certainly I would think he would have been invited. Did he turn it down because he has his mind made up? I like the fact he was hanging with KJJ and Gebbia yesterday...maybe he's ready to shut down recruiting and jump on board.
