very competitive QB battle for months and it sounds like they are very close in talent. Maybe POB is better in game situations than Lee? Tanner Lee throws a very pretty spiral ball, but a lot of the time it is not on target, I know part of this has to do with poor o-line play, but maybe POB is little more mobile and can keep plays alive. I think they need to give the kid a shot as Lee seems to now be rattled after a poor outing at Oregon and vs NIU.

Rutgers has a history of getting torched by backup QBs. Hope you're dysfunctional for one more week then plough through the remainder of the season undefeated. Here's hoping no one gets hurt next week.

Based solely on Lee's performance it is reasonable to make a change at QB. If Lee had a long history of excellent play one could say he was in a funk, but he doesn't have any real history of success at this level. Promise and Potential...have described many failed QBs.

Do. Or do not. There is no try.

Lee has no doubt struggled. Much like the majority of first year quarterbacks in this system. With that said, POB is not going to all of a sudden make Langsdorf a sufficient OC. Nor will it fix our offensive line woes under Cavanaugh.
