Fire the HC and bring in say Scott Frost and have a complete rebuild or let go of the Oline, RB coach, and OC. Bring Scott in as OC with a top salary and title of Assitant HC. Let Riley and company continue bringing in talent and build,the foundation. Let Riley teach SF the CEO side if being a HC. Then in a few years when SF is ready for the position and Riley is ready to retire promote SF. Keep the staff stable and things growing with a huge shake up. Just a thought. #GBR
