When do the transfers need to announce?

Transfers out? On 1620 today Sam M mentioned that he thinks that the staff wants the team back this week so those 1 on 1 conversations can take place.Second semester starts January 23rd.

Better yet, how can we find out if players are already working out in the new S&C program and holding unorganized practices? As far as I'm concerned, the off-season started 11/26/2022... Gotta put in that work. GBR.
