What's the back story on Frost getting the WR job at Oregon?

Had to be a connection? Up until that point he was a defensive coach and DC at FCS Northern Iowa and Chip Kelly plucks him from there to be WR coach? A position he had no experience in coaching. Awfully perplexing and a hire most Nebraska fans (including myself) probably would have went crazy over. Anybody know the back story on how he got the job? @Sean Callahan @Nate Clouse
