What's more important to high end recruits

Winning championships or getting to the NFL in 3 years?

Do they necessarily go hand in hand?

I know that the teams that have won NCs also have the most draftees, but the question comes from the fact that so many 5 star guys go to teams that have no real chance to win the NC (about 1/2).
