What is your level of interest in the Michigan game?

  • I will be glued to the game, keenly interested and looking for signs of hope

  • It depends what else is on. I might flip over to it off and on.

  • I have seen this horror movie before. I might just check the score afterwards.

  • Just let me know when they hire a new coach.

Will be at the Oklahoma State - Iowa State game so likely that I won’t even see the score til it’s over. I’m checked out until CT is back

I’ll probably be checking on the score from time to time and tune in if it’s close in the 3rd quarter. But I’m not about to tune into a blood bath just because it’s the Nebraska thing to do. BTW Mickey gets a pass on this game from me. I said before the OU game that that game and the Michigan game were auto losses no matter who coached. I’ll go back into evaluating mode next week.

Probably will do some pheasant hunting & listen from time to time. Glad it’s not a home game, it was a struggle to pass my tickets off last weekend as I was out of town.

Somewheres between the top 2 for me. At least until the amount of dookie on our faces gets to a foot high. But I'm expecting the tunnel walk after the game to be dy-no-mite!

Yeah, my interest has become performance related. When we are competing, I watch. If/when we curl into a fetal position, I stop watching because it ruins my mood for the day and feels like a waste of time.

I just cant stand watching us: Be competitive and then completely fall apart. Be totally uncompetitive. Make really, really stupid mistakes. It's old. I'm old. Enough already.

I will check the score. I tend to not watch torture porn so no way I’m watching this.

I’m more interested in the USC-Colorado game.

Stayin in Hay Market for date nite tomorrow and if all goes well I'll need a blood transfusion and some fluids Saturday....and I expect to be back home and on the couch right about game time(ish)...so, pretty high interest, between naps. I'll watch, and I expect a better game than the experts think.

Last weekend I popped in the earbuds and listened to the game while cutting wood for this forecasted whore of a winter, minus the game result it was one of my more enjoyable wood cutting experiences. Beats listening to the whine of the chainsaw. This Saturday, more of the same.

If we see Purdy get anywhere close to 50% of the snaps, I will be livid. Well, more livid.

Even if Smothers were to get injured, I would rather see Haarberg - or even the Weinerschlinger guy - out there before Purdy. I realize our offensive line sucks donkeyd*cks, but Purdy is just bad. Bad, bad, bad...

I will not be watching. Not because of apathy but because I care for this program too much. I just cannot bear to watch another total beat down of my beloved Huskers. At this point I get it: we really, really suck and I do not need to watch Michigan humiliate us to reinforce that notion further. I will tune back in for Wisconsin and Iowa since we have a puncher's chance of winning those games. And it would be a small balm on the wound of this season to beat those two asshat programs.

The last two games I could only watch the first half, after that I couldn't take it anymore, knowing for sure we would lose.

The Michigan game: I would probably just watch the first quarter, unless by a miracle we play decent like Penn State played OSU with Penn State leading by 1 point at the half 14-13, or when NW were leading OSU by 7 in the 1st quarter.

That's why I said (unless a miracle happens) and we play Michigan competitively, or if Michigan is looking ahead to their next game against Illinois on 11/19 would it be worthwhile to watch the game.

Aside from the OU game, not a single game could be categorized as 'total beat down' or humiliating. They have all been close games for the most part. Honestly dont think this one will be too much different. Even with Logan playing. Yes, we will probably lose and could lose big, but its still our team.

The bank of sCUm has paid off every week but one. 34.5 is a lot of points this week however.

I’m a little disappointed in you Pennsy, It’s been difficult and frustrating watching Nebraska play the past 8 years but I’m always glued to the TV or watching in person regardless of the out come and knowing TA will hopefully give us better days ahead.

I understand where your coming from here. When the AD gets serious about winning Ill get back to being fully invested. For several years its been very difficult to watch many games. Ive sat through enough beat downs.

I suspect better days are ahead. But I have tons of work to do on the old sheep ranch tomorrow and I just figured this might be a damn good game to avoid so as to not have to suffer through another painful humiliation. if we end up winning then great. I will watch it later on YouTube and throw shit at the wall and ceiling in sheer joy. But the truth is, and I hate to admit it, that I have better things to do with my time tomorrow than sit through another four hour cluster****.

Since 1978, never missed watching or listening to the Huskers play. I figured after seeing the Huskers lay alot of beat downs to other teams though out the years, why would I turn it off when the tables are turn. Plus, I'm a sucker, always thinking there's a chance we come alive and pull one out.

The team is at the lather, rinse, repeat part of the season. Nothing new will happen that we haven't seen. Call me when the new coach is announced.

I can't take the pain anymore. I want my Huskers to win but it will be like the Communists coming in and taking my family away and I can't do anything about it. I'm going to the Baylor game to see a real winner play and will shout to Adrian Martinez, "Go Big Reddddd."

Looking at those results is why trev better get this one right
Yeah, as of now you have 56.6% of our fans that aren’t watching at all.

Our fans have been extremely loyal but are at a breaking point. They need something to cheer for.

When we suck balls like this, I have found that I much more enjoy listening to DB on the call, he can make it at least a little interesting, and like you said, you can get stuff done while not having to suffer through watching the barnum & bailey act.
