What I want/don't want...

Want: proven winner, in his 40's, personally tough, coaches toughness, weeds out dead weight, recruits speed and aggressiveness and develops players.

Don't Want: fired from another job, flash in the pan to mediocre winning record, "players coach", happy-go-lucky/gosh-darn-it demeanor, recruits high star but non power 5 recruited "talent".

Pretty simple...
