Most would say recruiting and that was my first thought but Bo and his staff actually signed some decent players. As good as any west division team according to Rivals.
I'm leaning towards game day coaching and adjustments. I'm hoping the schemes we now run will allow for quick and accurate adjustments during games. I'm thinking even if the last staff knew what adjustments to make the system in place didn't make it easy to do so during game day, especially on defense.
With the experience we now have on staff this will be the one area I focus on.
