What’s Leaving vs What’s Coming In

I researched Rivals’ rankings of each scholarship player that completed eligibility this year and each one coming in. I didn’t include any attrition that happened; I wanted to look at what we are losing from the field this year and the type of talent that is coming in. I see some potential position upgrades and some that could be close to the same. The good thing I see is that other than RB you could argue that we did not regress at all talent-wise. If we keep bringing in kids with higher talent/potential (according to Rivals) then there’s no reason to think we won’t be better for it. Thoughts?
